Only the brand-related parameter is described here; every other parameter of GET /insights
works as usual and is applied on top of the brand's configuration (it can only narrow it).
A brand with no insights configuration, enabled: false or no markets gets {"fixtures": []}
with a pagination object showing total: 0. total counts only the insights the brand's
configuration lets through.
