Only the brand-related parameter is described here; every other parameter of GET /bet-builders
works as usual and is applied on top of the brand's configuration (it can only narrow it).
Every leg must match one of the brand's markets. A brand with no bet_builders configuration,
enabled: false or no markets gets an empty list.
